I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the amazing staff. OLFA, TAIEB and EL FAHEM, at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful. From the moment I checked in, EL FAHEM’s warm smile and efficient service made me feel at home. OLFA arranged with my towels and warm smiling all the time with great hospitality . TAIEB went above and beyond, helping me arrange parking and recommending a fantastic restaurant for eating. TAIEB was so attentive, always ready to answer my questions about local attractions with great patience. Their professionalism and friendliness truly elevated my experience. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again just for their outstanding service!

Amazing experience, stayed for 7 night before my wedding in tunis, the hotel room and service for this price is next to none, one of the best hotels I've stayed in, ice cold air conditioning, great spacious room, and extremely helpful staff , 10/10

Location was amazing. Right on the lake in a quieter, more upscale area of Tunis. Away from a lot of the chaos and noise of the city centre. I only stayed one night, but the hotel seemed a little fancy. Lots of food options nearby. Easy access to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable and western style. Nice small balcony. Hotel itself was gated and had security, so I felt very safe when I left for the airport late at night.

The area of the hotel is good, everything is there. All the reception staff were very kind and friendly 😊 specifically, I did like Feriel's hospitality, she was a very helpful person. She is doing great. Best Retards
